Shadé is the President and Co-Founder of Dawnier Solutions.

An HR Generalist and Recruitment Consultant with over 10 + years of experience working with small to medium-sized enterprises, she helps organizations attract, select, and retain the right talent while building strong, people-centered HR practices. A sought-after speaker on recruitment, HR strategy, and workforce development, Shadé has delivered talent solutions and HR policy frameworks to businesses and industry associations across Canada. She holds a Degree in Human Resources from the University of Quebec in Montreal. (UQAM) and specializes in the construction and real estate industries,where she has built a substantial and growing professional network on LinkedIn. And she's still building, one conversation at a time.

Lanisa

Co-Founder, Head of Recruitment & Client Partnerships · Dawnier Solutions

Lanisa is the Co-Founder and Head of Recruitment & Client Partnerships at Dawnier Solutions. A recruitment and relationship-building professional with over 10 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, client partnerships, career development, and HR operations, she has worked with startups, growing businesses, and multinational organizations across various industries. Her background includes agency recruitment, headhunting, employer partnerships, career coaching, and internal talent acquisition, with a focus on connecting people with meaningful opportunities and building lasting relationships. With experience extending into corporate events, branding, communications, and professional acting, Lanisa brings a creative perspective to understanding people and businesses. Passionate about innovative organizations, entrepreneurial thinking, and big ideas, she believes the right connections can open doors to extraordinary possibilities. And she's always believed that with the right people, a little creativity, and an anything-is-possible mindset, extraordinary things can happen.
